The core competencies of the President and other professionals in the group are the result of over 35 years of state government and non-profit provider experience. The president of Susquehanna Consulting and Financial Group is Karen F. Snider who is well known throughout Pennsylvania in the human services industry. Mrs. Snider is a former Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare where she was employed for nearly 30 years in a variety of senior management and program capacities. Prior to serving as the Secretary, Mrs. Snider was the Deputy Secretary of Mental Health; she also served as acting Deputy Secretary of Mental Retardation and as Director of MR Operations. Mrs. Snider maintains her relationship with Department of Public Welfare executives.

SCFG is a premiere firm in Pennsylvania, providing innovative management, program and financial consultation to a myriad of organizations in the corporate and non profit sectors. Mrs. Snider’s experience within the Department of Public Welfare and as the Chief Operating Officer of the largest non-profit human services organization in the Commonwealth is at the core of the company. The corporate headquarters of SCFG are located in Harrisburg, PA. SCFG is also certified as a Pennsylvania Woman’s Business Enterprise.
